I was here this morning for 3 tests in 3 different departments. The staff in each of these departments were very courteous and pleasant, experienced and helpful and treated me very respectfully. They were very punctual and I did not have to wait long between each test. And I really enjoyed the complimentary cucumber water in the waiting room area - it was very refreshing and very healthy. The staff in the registration area were also very friendly and helpful. In fact, they remembered my name and spoke with me personally as I was leaving. I will not hesitate to go back here in the future if I need to have any other tests performed. I give them a thumbs up.

Bugs everywhere and was sent out without exam because they don't handle gyn emergencies! Disgusting place should be condemned

Waited more that 8 hours to be seen in the emergency department and was transferred back into a room but wasn't hooked up to an IV when I couldn't keep anything but crackers down for 2 months and had severe weight loss and dehydration. I will never suggest anyone to go here for anything even if it is for a heart attack I'd go somewhere else this is a disgrace towards any hospital or employee who works at one.

My visit occurred on September 22, 2016 I arrived with my niece arou d 10pm. There is a sign that states no-one should wait more than 15 minutes without registering I believe. We waited approximately 35-40 minutes before registering, the lady who registered us was nice and polite ev an informative. We waited afterwards to get into a room however, the nurse who showed us to the room was nice as well. After about an hour and 15 minutes of sitting in a room without anyone coming to check on my niece, I approached a nurse who was different and most certainly less than polite to ask if she knew when the doctor would be checking on my niece. She had a poor disposition and said she didn't know. A few minutes later the doctor comes in to look over my niece. Dr. Geiser I believe, I didn't see a tag. Within 40 seconds of entering the room he diagnosed her with Pink Eye when I began asking questions he then diagnosed her with a dual ear infection.. when I asked why she had a cough and sore throat he said she needed a chest X-Ray and left the room. This doctor could not have spent more than 2 minutes with my niece after we waited patiently for over 2 hours. This man took the hypocratic oath? I have seen other doctors at this hospital before and they were much more caring and attentive to the children in their care. This man did not care about my niece or about trying to find a way to help her feel better.

The best hospital in all of Fayette County. They know how to take care of you better than anyone else
